Aleksandr is an experienced Attorney with a demonstrated history of working in the legal services industry with work experience in New York, Paris and Yerevan. Primarily a constitutionalist, he is skilled in arbitration, international business transactions, negotiation, political science, ECHR, international relations, international law. Clients previously represented by Aleksandr, among others, include some of the major construction, advertising and health industry companies in Armenia. He also has demonstrated skills in representing international clients.
